My account got suspended, what should I do?
VOdds automatically suspends accounts if there has been no betting activity for 90 days. To re-activate your account, simply contact customer support and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can ask us to reset your password by clicking on “Forgot password?” link, located beneath the login form.
You will need to enter the email you used to register an account with VOdds. Once you have entered this information, we send you an email with a link where you can reset your password.
